Dog Umbrella
Gray Mountain
Not a bad read. This is not Grisham’s normal legal thriller but addresses an issue. Not a lot of suspense but kept it interesting.

This Was a Man: The Final Volume of The Clifton Chronicles
I loved this series. Hate to see it end. Each book is just so interesting with many well-developed characters and all kinds of conflicts. The Clifton Chronicles is not at a loss for people you love to hate, that is for sure. Jeffrey Archer is definitely one of my favorite authors.

Birthday Celebration 5/19/2018
Had a great time with our gang at Arrington Vineyards to celebrate Debbie and Vicky’s birthdays. We had cheese, grapes, olives and crackers for starters. Subway sandwiches, chips and cookies for lunch. Homemade chocolate cherry angelfood cake for dessert. And oh yeah, we all enjoyed the great wines from the Kix Brooks (of Brooks & Dunn fame) owned Arrington Vineyards. Love getting together with group on a regular basis!!

Anxiety, Anxiety, Anxiety.
Hello loves, ❤
Anxiety, anxiety, anxiety – Where do I begin? Anxiety is the reason I started this blog. If you haven’t read my story, you can find it here.
Below some pointers that I feel everyone should know about anxiety.
- ANXIETY IS THE MOST COMMON MENTAL DISORDER IN THE USA
An estimated 40 million American adults suffer from some form of anxiety disorder—even more than those who suffer from depression. About one in every five adults and one in every ten children experiences some form of anxiety disorder. (source)
- ANXIETY IS NATURAL AND EVEN HEALTHY—IN MODERATION

This is useful and can even save your life if, say, a bear is chasing you in the woods. The problem…

At the Lake 5/11/2018
We had a FABULOUS time at the lake this past weekend.
Friday night was spent with the Whitts (Anita and Bill), Dennis and Pat. We grilled hamburgers and Bill’s famous Nathan’s hotdogs. Man! those hotdogs are big!! Oh yea, we also played Bill’s favorite card game – Oh Hell.
Saturday evening the whole gang threw a surprise retirement party for Ms Kim. It was an Hawaiian theme complete with decorations, leis, Hawaiian shirts and Hawaiian style food. Congratulations on your 30+ years of teaching young kids how to live. Time to take it easy now!
We ended the weekend with a Mother’s Day brunch from Billy’s. Best biscuits around.
Can’t think of a better way to spend a weekend. Great friends, great food, and great times. It just doesn’t get much better than this.
The Drew
This is an annual event to honor Stacey’s nephew who lost his life in a car accident. All proceeds from the event go to a scholarship fund for the local high school golf team. It is great event for a worthy cause.
Anxiety Is Constantly Worrying, Even When Nothing Is Wrong
Great article on Anxiety
Hello loves, ❤
It’s a beautiful day, it seems like a normal day, you could be at work, at the grocery store, at school, and out of the blue, your mind starts building worry and fear that something isn’t right, your mind is tricking itself into believing that something is wrong. You begin to have racing thoughts and begin to feel jittery and tense, you lose complete focus on the present moment, you are shaking, and you feel overwhelmed. Then, you start to feel alone because you don’t know how to handle this situation; you might even start crying, but nothing is wrong.
This is what anxiety looks like: Constantly worrying when nothing is wrong. Some people experience this every day.
We all deal with anxiety in some form or another, whether it’s when you’re pulled over by the cops or about to give a presentation in front of a crowd…
